Moon Knight releases new images in wild TV spot

moon knight Episode 2 may have just aired, but fans were treated to new footage from their series. Next week is Episode 3 and Marvel Studios is ramping up the storylines day after day for the critically acclaimed show. Oscar Isaac has climbed the fan rankings for newcomers to the MCU. This new footage sees him inside a white hospital-like setting. Another shot shows some kind of large boat that hasn’t appeared in any other marketing material. Funnily enough, near the end he fights some kind of monster as they run to the top of several pyramids to hit each other. This all sounds exciting in the new promo, but fans are going to have to wait to see how the rest of the series pans out. One episode at a time has been the norm for Marvel Disney+ shows. So the march through the six entries continues with even more hype than at the start of this week.

Recently, moon knight directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead spoke to Comicbookmovie about the interesting circumstances surrounding this character. He can sort of be a blank slate for Marvel Studios.

“Yeah obviously Jeremy Slater adapted that material and there’s something about being tasked with giving a comic book character’s origin story,” Benson revealed. “It’s so interesting, in the sense that, Moon Knight has been around for 50 years, he’s actually a relatively young superhero, but 50 years from now, the origin story still needs to be told several They’re just comics, that’s how they work. They don’t work in direct continuity.

“Can you imagine if Batman, created in 1927, is still alive somehow?” he’s laughing. “But, it really felt like Jeremy Slater had really taken the greatest hits of those 50 years and put together something very special and very meaningful and very of our time. We’ve become giant fans of every Moon series. Knight, but especially from the Limire/Smallwood series, the spirit of which we tried to visually capture as much as we could.”

Here is a description of everything that happens in moon knight“The series follows mild-mannered gift shop clerk Steven Grant, who is plagued by blackouts and memories from another life,” the synopsis reads. “Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge on them, they must navigate their complex identities while immersed in a deadly mystery among the mighty gods of Egypt.”
