The Architects’ Sam Carter Wrote a Children’s Book About His Dog – News

It’s the absolute cutest and for an amazing cause.

Architects Sam Carter has revealed he’s written a children’s book alongside his fiancée Abby Kirk.

And it’s all about her adorable fox dog Sophia.

It’s called “Sophia Fox Dog Gets Adopted” and will show children what adoptive dogs go through before they find their forever homes, giving a voice to children who may have gone through the same adoption process themselves and shift.

Here’s what Sam had to say about it:

I’m so excited to announce that myself and my fiancé have written a children’s book starring none other than Sophia. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and I’m so glad we’re doing it!

Sophia Fox Dog Gets Adopted” was written by Sam Carter and Abby Kirk when Abby worked at a school with many children who had been in foster care or through the adoption process. They realized that their stories were largely unrepresented in children’s books and wanted to write a book for the class to show that their stories were important too.

The story also aims to teach children to think about what rescue dogs may have gone through in the past before reuniting with their adoptive families. This is a cause close to our hearts and a large portion of the proceeds will go to Wunder dog rescue and Romanian Rescue Appeal to help more dogs like Sophia find their forever families.

You can also get your hands on a Sophia plush and a signed card from Myself & Abby and a paw print from the star herself Sophia

It’s been in the works for a long time and I’m so happy to finally be able to share it with you! Thank you MDDN for believing in us and in this book and thank you @chexnerxvic for doing such an amazing job on the illustration”

It will be released this Friday (April 15) from right HERE

The cover looks like this:

And you can even get your hands on a sweet Sophia! How cute!
